The Electrical Maintenance Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Electrical equipment and systems within the manufacturing facility. This role ensures machinery operates at peak performance to support safe, efficient, and continuous production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine inspections, preventive, and corrective maintenance on Electrical equipment, including pumps, motors, conveyors, compressors, hydraulic, Hoists, and pneumatic systems.
  • Diagnose Electrical failures, identify root causes, and implement effective repair solutions to minimize downtime.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and schematics to support troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Support production teams by responding promptly to equipment breakdowns and providing technical assistance.
  • Maintain tools, spare parts, and workshop equipment in good working condition.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma/Associate degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Maintenance, or related field.
  • Proven experience (2–5 years) as a Electrical Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Electrical installations, hydraulics, pneumatics, rotating equipment, and material handling machinery.
  • Ability to read engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and technical manuals.
