  • Has 
    managed and scaled TikTok campaigns to €5K–€10K/day
  • Knows 
    how to analyze creative performance deeply
     (scroll stopper, hook, retention, CTA)
  • Can give 
    precise, actionable feedback
     to guide creative iterations (e.g., "cut the hook by 0.5 sec", "tighten pacing in the first 3 seconds")
  • Understands 
    aggressive scaling
     without burning performance
  • Knows how to 
    recover momentum
     when campaigns drop or fatigue
  • Has worked specifically with 
    dropshipping offers
    , not brand marketing

Your Responsibilities:

  • Structure, launch, and scale TikTok ad campaigns (ABO/CBO/TOF/MOF/BOF)
  • Interpret performance data (CTR, hook rate, watch time, thumb stop %, etc.)
  • Define and request creative variations with strategic intent (sequence, text, pacing)
  • Own the full ad lifecycle: from testing to scaling and reactivating dips
  • Move fast, test smart, and operate with performance as the only goal

Requirements:

  • Proven results scaling campaigns 
    to €100K+/month in ad spend
  • Deep knowledge of TikTok's ad platform and performance mechanics
  • Strong analytical skills — you make decisions based on real data
  • Strategic mindset — you know 
    what to test, when, and how
  • Experience in 
    fast-paced, results-first dropshipping environments
