Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Sialkot for an Upwork Bidder Specialist. The Upwork Bidder Specialist will be responsible for identifying potential clients, crafting compelling bids and proposals, and monitoring the progress of projects on Upwork. Day-to-day tasks include manage projects, writing customized proposals, following up on submitted bids, and coordinating with the team to ensure clients' requirements are met. Professional communication and timely response to client inquiries are critical components of this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in crafting bids and proposals, including professional communication and presentation skills.
• Research skills to identify potential job opportunities and tailor proposals to client needs.
• Basic understanding of project management and coordination.
• Familiarity with Upwork platform and preferably other freelancing platforms.
• Strong interpersonal and client handling skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
