Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Peshawar for a Senior Quantity Surveyor at Janson Construction Co Inc. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all costs relating to building and civil engineering projects from the initial calculations to the final figures. This includes performing risk, value management, and cost control. The role involves preparing, negotiating, and analyzing costs for tenders and contracts, as well as compiling and submitting cost reports. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will ensure that costs are minimized, and the value for money is achieved while ensuring statutory building regulations are complied with.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning
  • Proficiency in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and Cost Reporting
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
