Role Summary
You'll be the first touch for prospects. Your job is to create qualified pipeline using LinkedIn, email, and other outbound channels, then book discovery calls for our closers. Ideal candidates are automation-savvy (Zapier/Make/n8n/Workato), comfortable prospecting into Ops/Finance/IT leaders, and able to collaborate tightly with our Ops team to tailor messages around our governed workflow "Ops Packs."
What you'll do
Own top-of-funnel: build target lists, run multistep sequences (LinkedIn + email + light calling/voice notes/WhatsApp where appropriate).
Personalize first-touch using buyer triggers (tech stack, headcount, hiring, compliance/news).
Book qualified meetings for AEs; run SDR-level discovery to confirm problem–solution fit (e.g., AP exceptions, reservations, governed workflows).
Write and A/B test short-form copy; optimize open/reply/meeting rates.
Use automation tools to scale outreach ethically (no spam): e.g., Sales Navigator + Apollo + HubSpot + Zapier/Make.
Log all activities, notes, and next steps in the CRM; keep data clean.
Partner with Ops/Delivery to turn field insights into messaging, offers, and mini-case blurbs.
Share weekly feedback to marketing: objections, triggers, ICP signals, winning hooks.
Must-have skills
1–3 years in SDR/outbound role (B2B SaaS/Services).
Hands-on with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email sequencing tools, and CRM (HubSpot/Pipedrive/Salesforce/Others).
Working knowledge of automation/iPaaS (Zapier/Make/n8n/Workato) or willingness to learn fast.
Strong written communication; crisp, value-led copy.
Organized, coachable, metrics-driven.
Nice to have
- Experience selling to Finance/Ops/IT personas.
- Familiar with policy/governance concepts (SoD, approvals, audit logs).
- Basic enrichment/scraping (e.g., Clay, Apollo, Phantombuster) done responsibly.
