Job Tittle: Graphics Designer

Responsibility:

· Design and produce high-quality graphics for digital and print media including websites, social media, brochures, advertisements, and other marketing materials (in both English and Urdu).

· Shoot and edit promotional, instructional, and social media videos.

· Assist the marketing team during photo/video shoots and collaborate with stakeholders to develop creative concepts.

· Capture and edit photographs of head office/ hospital events and activities.

· Implement feedback and revise designs as per end-user or departmental requests.

· Ensure all visuals align with the head office/hospital's branding and convey clear, accurate messaging.

· Design engaging and on-brand graphics for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).

· Collaborate with the marketing team to create content calendars and campaigns that align with head office/ hospital objectives.

· Create short-form video content, reels, and animations optimized for social media engagement.

· Edit and enhance photos and videos from Head Office/ hospital events for timely social media updates.

· Monitor design trends on social media and incorporate them to keep content fresh and relevant.

· Optimize graphic content for performance across different devices and screen sizes.

· Assist in brainstorming and developing creative ideas for increasing online engagement and visibility.

Qualifications and Experience:

· Graduate with 4 to 5 years of experience in graphics designing and video editing.

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.

· Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

· Good communication and interpersonal skills
