We are seeking a male professional with strong communication, accounting, and IT skills to join our Head Office at P.E.C.H.S Block 6. This role combines front desk management with basic accounting and administrative responsibilities, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic and professional environment.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Graduation (B.Com / BBA / B.Sc or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (Reception / Accounts / Admin)
- Proficiency in IT skills, MS Office & Excel
- Strong communication and professional call-handling skills
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and record management
Job Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors/clients in a professional manner
- Maintain a safe and presentable reception area
- Handle incoming calls, mails, and courier services
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as billing, invoicing, and record-keeping
- Maintain attendance registers and office files
- Support management and colleagues with administrative tasks
- Ensure confidentiality of data and records
Job Details
- Age: 25–35
- Work Days: Monday – Saturday
- Experience: Minimum 2 years mandatory.
- Gender Requirement: Male Candidates Only
