Human Resources Executive

Location: City Housing Jhelum, C Block, Back side of chohan medical store

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interviews, hiring onboarding).
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination with accounts.
• Conduct employee orientation, performance reviews, and exit processes.
• Resolve employee queries and support a healthy work environment.
• Assist in employee engagement and training initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Human Resources.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools (preferred).
