Job Purpose:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical ECO Analyst to join our team. The ECO Analyst is responsible for managing the Engineering Change Order (ECO) process, ensuring the accurate and efficient implementation of design changes and updates to products and systems. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, quality control, and project managers, to ensure smooth execution of engineering/customer changes and maintain accurate documentation

Responsibilities:

· Initiate, review, and process ECOs in accordance with established procedures.

· Collaborate with design engineers and stakeholders to understand the scope and impact of proposed changes.

· Manage Customers ECO log and facilitate internal and external ECO reviews.

· Evaluate the impact of ECOs on product functionality, performance, and manufacturing processes with engineering as required.

· Ensure that proposed changes comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

· Evaluate engineering and manufacturing documentation, including CAD drawings and technical specifications, following approved ECOs as required.

· Coordinate and communicate with various teams, including engineering, manufacturing, quality control, and project managers, to police the ECO process.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during the ECO process.

· Support audits and assessments related to ECO documentation and change management.

· Escalate if ECN/ECO does not get proper attention, monitor implementation with ME's and provide feedback to cross functional teams if any changes. Facilitate ECO meetings with the internal stakeholders.

· Assure deliverables are timely and in place from every required area/department for the ECO to be physically implemented.

Education & Experience:

· Requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience

· Knowledge of ERP software and methodology is must.

· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple ECOs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

· Familiar with complex BOM structures

· Excel and Word proficient.
