Business Development Executive - Product Sales - Onsite - Karachi
Company Overview:
Hiring for one of our technology solution providers in Karachi.
Job Description:
Job Purpose
To support the growth of our
SaaS product
by converting leads into opportunities, managing existing accounts, and helping expand market share. The role will build client relationships, conduct product demos, and help drive revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with lead generation teams to convert qualified
leads
into opportunities - Conduct outreach
(cold calls, emails, LinkedIn)
to potential clients - Schedule and deliver product demonstrations / presentations, showing how our solutions solve client problems.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and negotiate contract terms
- Follow up, close deals, and
achieve Sales targets / KPIs - Manage relationships with existing clients to upsell / cross-sell where possible
- Monitor competitor offerings and market trends
- Maintain
CRM (update pipeline, track activities, forecast) - Collaborate with implementation and support teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth onboarding.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field
- 1 to 2 years experience in sales / business development in SaaS, telecom and software domain
- Strong understanding of lead generation, account management, cross-selling, and up-selling techniques.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present professionally to clients
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, objection handling, and closing skills
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho or others)
- Ability to build rapport, manage client expectations, and maintain long-term relationships
- High motivation, target oriented, proactive approach, ability to work independently
Other Details:
Location: Main Shahr e Faisal, Karachi
Experience: 2 years in BD (SAAS Product)
Timings: 10am to 7pm Monday to Friday
Salary: Market Competitive
