Job Overview

We're looking for an experienced
React Native Developer
to design and build high-quality mobile applications for iOS and Android. You'll work closely with product, design and backend teams to deliver performant, user-friendly apps that solve real problems.

Location:
6th Road, Satellite Town, Rawalpindi

Timings:
12pm – 9pm

Salary:
Up to 200K (based on expertise)

Experience:
3 years minimum

Requirements

  • Proven experience building and shipping React Native applications to production.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and React fundamentals.
  • Experience with mobile app architectures, state management (Redux, MobX, Context API), and navigation libraries.
  • Familiarity with native modules and bridging (basic Objective-C/Swift and Java/Kotlin knowledge is a plus).
  • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile workflows.
  • Experience integrating with REST APIs, WebSockets and using secure storage.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with international teams and stakeholders.
  • A proactive attitude: ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and drive features to completion.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test and maintain cross-platform mobile apps using React Native.
  • Translate product requirements and designs into clean, maintainable code.
  • Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services; handle offline-first data and synchronization.
  • Troubleshoot, debug and optimize application performance across devices and OS versions.
  • Ensure code quality through unit testing, automated testing and code reviews.
  • Collaborate with product owners, designers and backend engineers through the full software development lifecycle.
  • Participate in release processes, CI/CD pipelines and app store submissions.
  • Suggest and implement improvements to app architecture, UX and development processes.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience with CI/CD tools for mobile (Fastlane, Bitrise, GitHub Actions).
  • Knowledge of performance profiling, memory management and app optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Detox, React Native Testing Library).
  • Prior experience building products for global clients or working in outsourced/remote setups.
  • UX sensibility and ability to collaborate closely with product/design teams.
