We are looking for a Senior Social Media Manager with over a decade of experience to oversee multi-brand portfolios, plan digital strategies, manage teams, and deliver high-quality social content for diverse industries. This role requires leadership, creativity, and an agency mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end social media strategy for multiple clients across industries.
  • Manage a team of social media executives, designers, and content creators.
  • Develop content calendars, campaign ideas, and brand stories.
  • Present strategies and reports to clients professionally and confidently.
  • Coordinate ad campaigns and monitor budgets for each client.
  • Identify trending opportunities and produce viral-ready content.
  • Manage influencers and external creative partners.
  • Maintain high-quality brand standards and ensure timely campaign delivery.

Requirements

  • 10 years of experience working in agencies or managing multi-client portfolios.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proven history of scaling social media accounts organically and via paid media.
  • Capable of managing large monthly ad budgets and reporting ROI.
  • Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytics and creative direction abilities.
