We're Hiring: Hospitality Trainer

(Permanent / Contract)

O'Resto Pizza is looking for an experienced Hospitality Trainer to upskill and train our teams across all branches in Gujranwala (Mumtaz Market, DC Colony, Cantt Rahwali).

Key Responsibilities:

● Conduct structured training sessions for staff (kitchen, dispatch, service, riders, supervisors)

● Train in customer service, teamwork, order accuracy, upselling, and discipline

● Provide post-training feedback & reports to management

● Ensure staff follows company SOPs and hospitality standards

Requirements:

● Background in Hospitality / Hotel Management / Restaurant Operations

● Experience as a Trainer, Manager, or Hospitality Expert

● Strong communication & presentation skills

● Ability to train large teams effectively

Job Type: Permanent / Contract (Flexible)

Location: Gujranwala – across all three branches

Compensation: Competitive package (Session-based or Monthly, as agreed)
