Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sourcing and Product Development Manager located in Lahore. The primary responsibilities include sourcing new and eco-friendly materials, managing the end-to-end product development process, and liaising with suppliers to maintain quality standards. The role also involves performing market research to identify industry trends and opportunities, managing relationships with vendors, and coordinating with internal teams to bring innovative products to market.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in evaluating data to guide decision-making
  • Proven expertise in Market Research and Research and Development (R&D)
  • Experience in Product Management and an understanding of product lifecycle from concept to launch
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for liaising with suppliers and internal teams
  • Ability to manage projects effectively and deliver results within deadlines
  • Relevant education or certifications in supply chain, product development, or a related field are advantageous
