Dairy Technologist

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Dairy Technologist to oversee and optimize all aspects of dairy product development, quality control, and production processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dairy science and technology, with expertise in ensuring product safety, consistency, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the production and processing of milk, cheese, butter, yogurt, and other dairy products.
• Monitor quality control at all stages of production to ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
• Develop and improve dairy product formulations to meet market demand.
• Implement and maintain hygiene and sanitation standards in processing facilities.
• Conduct laboratory tests for quality, composition, and shelf life of products.
• Work with the R&D team to develop innovative dairy products.
• Train and supervise production staff in dairy processing techniques.
• Ensure compliance with national and international food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO).

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Dairy Technology, Food Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in dairy processing and product development.
• Strong knowledge of dairy microbiology, chemistry, and nutrition.
• Familiarity with dairy machinery and equipment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50, Rs80,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Lab Management + Knowledge of dairy products : 2 years (Required)
