Female nurse

• Conduct physical examinations, assess patient conditions, and evaluate health needs to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitor patient responses, and provide wound care and rehabilitation assistance.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs, progress, and other health-related information, maintaining accurate and detailed patient records.
• Educate patients and their families about their health conditions, treatment plans, and preventative measures for health maintenance.
• Work with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and hygienic working environment by adhering to infection control policies and protocols, and properly managing medical equipment.
• Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and their families to help with recovery and well-being.
