Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Karachi for a Telesales Executive. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating solar projects leads, providing customer service and support, and handling sales calls. Daily tasks include communicating with potential customers to understand their needs, explaining product benefits, and closing sales deals. The role involves a high level of interaction with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.(For solar Projects )

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Lead Generation and Sales experience
  • Strong Customer Support skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and handle multiple tasks
  • Relevant experience in the energy sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
