Job Title:
Senior Recruiter (US, UK, and Australia Staffing & Recruiting Market)

Location: Bahawalpur (Hybrid)

Compensation: PKR 70k -100k + Bonus - Based on experience

We are seeking an experienced
Senior Recruiter
to manage full-cycle hiring for international clients across the
US, UK, and Australia
markets. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with global recruitment tools and
strong expertise in LinkedIn recruiting
— including
passive sourcing, personalized outreach, and effective job postings across multiple platforms
. This role also requires strong
client management
skills and the ability to
mentor junior recruiters
to maintain top-quality delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage
  end-to-end recruitment
  for clients across the
  US, UK, and Australia
  markets.
• Source and engage top talent using platforms such as
  LinkedIn Recruiter, Xing, ZipRecruiter, Indeed Employer
  , or other relevant recruitment platforms.
• Build and maintain
  strong relationships with international clients and partners
  .
• Train and mentor
  junior recruiters to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to best practices.
• Oversee
  job postings, candidate sourcing, résumé screening, interviews, and offer negotiations
  throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of recruitment experience in the
  US, UK, and Australia
  markets.
• Strong expertise in
  LinkedIn Recruiter (RPS)
  ,
  Indeed
  , and other major recruitment platforms.
• Hands-on experience with CRM and outreach tools such as
  Apollo, ZoomInfo, SalesQL, ContactOut, Loxo, Lemlist,
  and
  Smartlead
  .
• Solid command of
  international recruitment tools and job portals
  .
• Proven ability to
  lead, guide, and mentor
  team members.
