What You'll Be Doing

• Execute technical aspects of marketing campaigns, ensuring they are measurable, scalable, and optimized.
• Implement and manage automation workflows across CRM, email, and ad platforms.
• Write Python scripts to automate tasks such as data cleaning, segmentation, and reporting.
• Configure and manage Google Tag Manager for tracking, triggers, and event rules.
• Set up and maintain marketing pixels (Meta, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Google Ads) for accurate conversions.
• Build and maintain data pipelines to structure, clean, and prepare marketing data.
• Design dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.) to track ROI and campaign performance.
• Support attribution modeling, funnel optimization, and A/B testing.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize the Martech stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier, analytics, and ad platforms).
• Work with the Marketing Head to translate campaign strategies into seamless technical execution.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing engineering, or growth engineering.
• Proficiency in Python for automation and analytics.
• Familiarity with APIs, SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.).
• Deep knowledge of Google Tag Manager, UTM tagging, pixel management, and web tracking.
• Hands-on experience with marketing tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Mailchimp.
• Understanding of cookies, attribution models, and digital measurement frameworks.
