Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels and update inventory records.
  • Manage receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods.
  • Ensure proper documentation (GRN, issuance, stock reports).
  • Conduct monthly and surprise stock audits.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards in the warehouse.
  • Coordinate with procurement, finance, and logistics departments.
  • Supervise warehouse staff and assign daily tasks.
  • Monitor inbound and outbound shipments.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Intermediate (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management & warehouse software.
  • Excellent team management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Forklift / warehouse equipment knowledge is a plus.
