Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for developing new business, nurturing client relationships, and meeting sales targets. You'll work with interior designers, homeowners, corporate clients, and retailers to provide tailored furniture solutions that meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client visits.
- Develop strong, long-term relationships with B2B and B2C clients.
- Conduct showroom or onsite product presentations and explain features, customization options, and pricing.
- Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and close deals.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and build repeat business.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, inventory, trends, and competitor activity.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the furniture industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of furniture trends, materials, and design concepts is a plus.
- Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field preferred.
