Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert consultation on pharmacological principles, drug interactions, and proper medication usage.
  • Counsel patients with professionalism and empathy to ensure safe and effective treatment outcomes.
  • Manage inventory, stock levels, and supply chain processes to ensure timely availability of medicines.
  • Utilize Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and pharmacy management software for accurate record-keeping.
  • Prepare, review, and analyze reports related to pharmacy operations and patient outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (Pharm-D) from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional field experience in pharmacy or related healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug safety, and therapeutic guidelines.
  • Excellent communication and patient counseling skills.
  • Proficiency in EMR systems and pharmacy management software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
