Brand Manager - Pakistan
Are you ready to lead the Number One Margarine brand in Pakistan? We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Brand Manager to take charge of its marketing strategy and execution.

You'll report directly to the Head of Marketing South Asia while working closely with both local and regional functions. This is your chance to make a real impact in a high-energy, high-accountability environment.

What You'll Do

  • Own and lead brand strategy and positioning aligned with regional and global direction
  • Develop consumer-first growth plans across the full marketing mix
  • Build joint marketing plans for retail and food solution customers
  • Drive media, digital, and promotional activations with robust A&P investment strategies
  • Manage external agencies to deliver impactful campaigns and activations
  • Set and track KPIs, using data to optimize performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Sales, Finance, R&D, and Supply Chain.

What Does It Take to Be Successful?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, preferably in Marketing
  • 3-4 years of experience in Brand Management/Marketing (FMCG experience is a plus)
  • Experience in both retail and food solutions marketing
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Self-confident, assertive, and passionate about consumer-first marketing.
