The Role:

As a member of data science team, you will be responsible for investigating, conceptualizing, designing, implementing, and validating new algorithms in the areas of computer vision, machine learning and deep learning.

Location:

Islamabad, Pakistan.

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with the following skill set and at least 2+ years of experience:

  • Excellent coding skills in Python and logic building (backend)
  • Strong backend development skills with a focus on designing, developing, and optimizing RESTful APIs using frameworks like FastAPI or Flask.
  • Deep understanding of Deep Learning, Machine Learning, and Data Mining techniques.
  • Experience with
    data science and machine learning toolkits
    such as NumPy, pandas, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, Hugging Face, OpenCV, and others.
  • Hands-on experience in integrating and
    fine-tuning Open-Source NLP and Computer Vision models
    , including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies.
  • Familiarity with
    database systems (SQL and NoSQL)
    , and experience in designing efficient database schemas, writing optimized queries, and using tools like PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
  • Understanding of cloud platforms (
    AWS, Azure, or GCP
    ).
  • Proficiency in
    version control systems
    , particularly Git, and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for streamlined deployment.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline. The candidates currently pursuing part-time master's degree in data science can also apply.
