Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented
Assistant Manager – Reporting
to join our team.

This role blends
core financial operations
with
financial reporting and analysis
, supporting business strategy while ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The position also involves mentoring junior staff and working cross-functionally to enhance overall financial accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow monitoring, and liquidity management.
  • Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports in accordance with GAAP and company policies.
  • Conduct detailed financial and variance analyses to provide insights for management decision-making.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize financial models using advanced Microsoft Excel tools.
  • Support internal and external audit processes, respond to audit queries, and strengthen internal controls.
  • Monitor compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with Accounting, Tax, IT, and other teams to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency.
  • Supervise, guide, and mentor junior finance staff, fostering skill development and performance excellence.
  • Contribute to process improvements, special financial projects, and continuous enhancement of reporting practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree or certifications such as ACCA/CMA preferred).
  • 4–6 years of experience in finance, accounting, or reporting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting standards, and core finance principles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and financial software (preferred).
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Leadership abilities with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
