Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Arabic Telesales representative located in Lahore. The Telesales representative will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, providing exceptional customer service, generating sales, and resolving customer inquiries. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales, as well as collaborating with the sales and customer support teams to improve the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service and Customer Support skills
  • Excellent Communication and Sales skills
  • Experience in providing training to other team members
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in telesales or a related field is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
