Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating engaging visual content across various digital platforms, with a strong focus on social media and digital campaigns. This role requires a keen eye for aesthetics, strong video editing capabilities, and the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Content Creation:
  Design and produce compelling static graphics (e.g., images, infographics, illustrations) and motion graphics for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and other digital marketing channels.
• Video Editing:
  Edit short-form videos optimized for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, and LinkedIn, ensuring they are engaging, on-brand, and meet platform-specific requirements.
• Marketing Material Design:
  Develop a wide range of marketing materials including digital advertisements, website visuals, landing page assets, email templates, and YouTube thumbnails.
• Brand Consistency:
  Ensure all visual content adheres to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in style, tone, and quality across all outputs.
• Collaboration:
  Work closely with marketing managers, content creators, and other team members to translate ideas and marketing strategies into effective visual communications.
• Trend Awareness:
  Stay up-to-date with the latest graphic design trends, video editing techniques, social media best practices, and digital marketing innovations to continuously improve content quality and effectiveness.
• Feedback Integration:
  Incorporate feedback from team leads and stakeholders efficiently and effectively into design and video edits.
• Asset Management:
  Organize and maintain a library of visual assets for future use.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor, preferably within a digital marketing agency or similar fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma).
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of graphic design and video editing projects, with an emphasis on social media content.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Experience with motion graphics and animation is a significant plus.
• Ability to create engaging narratives through visual storytelling in video format.
• Familiarity with various social media platforms and their specific content requirements and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under deadlines.
• Must be willing to work night shift.
• This is an on-site position; remote work is not available.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
