About the Role

We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer with 3–4 years of experience to design, implement, and optimize machine learning solutions for real-world applications. The role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on coding experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

* Build and deploy machine learning models for classification, regression, and clustering problems.

* Perform data preprocessing, cleaning, and feature engineering.

* Optimize model performance through hyperparameter tuning and validation techniques.

* Integrate models into production systems in collaboration with software and data engineering teams.

* Monitor and maintain deployed models to ensure reliability and scalability.

* Prepare technical documentation and reports for stakeholders.

Requirements

* Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.

* 3–4 years of hands-on ML experience in an industry setting.

* Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch).

* Solid knowledge of statistics, probability, and linear algebra.

* Experience with Pandas, NumPy, and data visualization libraries.

* Familiarity with Git and collaborative software development practices.

Nice to Have

* Experience with deployment (Docker, Flask, FastAPI).

* Exposure to time-series forecasting or recommendation systems.
