ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Graphic Designer at  LAAM, you will be a key player in shaping the visual identity of our brand and products. You will have the opportunity to use your creative skills to develop compelling graphics that enhance our fashion tech solutions and engage our audience. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about both fashion and technology and are looking to make a significant contribution in a creative environment.     

Key Responsibilities:

  • Graphic Design: Create visually stunning graphics, including but not limited to marketing collateral, digital ads, social media content, website assets, and product visuals. 
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure that all design materials align with the established brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and cohesive visual identity. 
  • Creativity: Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute innovative design concepts that reflect our fashion tech vision. 
  • Design for Digital: Design graphics optimized for various digital platforms and screen sizes, keeping up with industry trends and best practices. 
  • Product Visuals: Generate product renderings and visuals that showcase our fashion tech products in the best possible light. 
  • Feedback Integration: Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine and improve design concepts. 
  • File Management: Maintain organized files and assets, ensuring efficient retrieval and sharing of design materials.

Qualifications

Education:  
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. 
Experience:
  • 2-5 years of professional graphic design experience (entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply). 
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, layout, color theory, and typography. 
  • Creative portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with fashion and technology trends is a plus.
