Kitchen Helpers

We are looking for energetic, reliable, and hardworking Kitchen Helpers to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about the food industry and eager to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities (Station-wise):

As a Kitchen Helper, you may be assigned to different stations based on restaurant needs:

• Breading Station: Assist in breading chicken, patties, and other fried items according to recipe standards.
• Rolling Station: Prepare dough, roll bread/pizza bases, and ensure consistency.
• Topping Station: Add toppings to pizzas, burgers, and other menu items as per orders.
• Sauce Preparation: Assist in making and storing sauces, ensuring freshness and proper labeling.
• Pizza Maker: Assemble and bake pizzas, maintain quality and speed.
• Dishwasher/Utility: Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment; maintain kitchen cleanliness.

General Duties:

• Support cooks and chefs in food preparation and service.
• Maintain hygiene and follow food safety guidelines.
• Receive, organize, and store supplies properly.
• Dispose of waste and keep workstations tidy.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor/manager.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is a must.
• Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards preferred.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and carry out cleaning/food prep tasks.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
