We are looking for a talented and creative
YouTube Video Editor
to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong storytelling skills, a good sense of pacing, and the ability to turn raw footage into engaging, high-retention videos tailored for YouTube.

Responsibilities:

  • Edit YouTube videos with engaging pacing, storytelling, b-roll, and sound design.
  • Add captions, transitions, effects, and graphics where needed.
  • Optimize videos for retention, click-through rate (CTR), and overall YouTube performance.
  • Collaborate with the creative team on concepts, hooks, and final cuts.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Strong sense of timing, storytelling, and visual aesthetics.
  • Experience editing YouTube content (educational or corporate videos).
  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects.
