Job Title: MCSE Trainer

Job Summary:

As an MCSE Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions on Microsoft technologies covered under the MCSE certification track. This includes planning and conducting training, creating course materials, and supporting students in their learning and certification journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver instructor-led training on MCSE certification tracks including:
• Windows Server (Install, Configure, Administer)
• Networking with Windows Server
• Identity with Windows Server
• Microsoft Azure Infrastructure
• Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies
• Prepare training schedules, lesson plans, and course materials in line with MCSE curriculum.
• Assess the training needs and learning styles of students and adjust delivery methods accordingly.

Required Qualifications:

• MCSE Certification (e.g., MCSE: Core Infrastructure, MCSE: Productivity, etc.) — Mandatory
• Proven experience in training or teaching Microsoft technologies.
• Strong understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, Networking, and related technologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse learners.
