Responsible for pitching international personal care products to retailers, onboarding new accounts, managing orders, ensuring deliveries, and supporting invoice clearance. Acts as the first line of contact to drive retail sales and ensure smooth redistribution operations.

Key Responsibilities


• Pitch and present brand portfolio (hair care, face care, skin care, baby care) to retailers.


• Onboard new retailers, complete documentation, and update system records.


• Collect orders and coordinate timely delivery with the supply/logistics team.


• Ensure invoices are shared, acknowledged, and payments are followed up on.


• Build strong relationships with retailers to increase repeat business.


• Share weekly sales reports and market insights with management.


• Monitor competitor activity and highlight opportunities in the market.

Requirements


• Bachelor's degree preferred.


• 1–3 years' sales/distribution experience (FMCG, cosmetics, or retail).


• Good communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.


• Strong follow-up habits for orders and invoices.


• Willing to travel within assigned territory.
