Waiter Cum Cashier

We are looking for a courteous and efficient Waiter cum Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, taking and serving orders, managing billing, handling payments, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. This role requires a friendly personality, good communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat customers in a polite and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining service quality.
• Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set up.
• Handle billing, generate receipts, and process cash, card, or digital payments.
• Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and prepare end-of-shift reports.
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, or requests efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining and cashier area.
• Support team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience as a waiter and/or cashier in a restaurant is an advantage.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic math and computer skills for billing and POS operations.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Neat appearance, punctual, and professional attitude.
