Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Career Counselor position based in Lahore. The Career Counselor will be responsible for providing one-on-one and group counseling sessions to students, offering guidance on career development and management, and helping students navigate education and profession-related challenges. Additional responsibilities include designing personalized career plans, conducting workshops, and coordinating with academic and professional stakeholders to create opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management
  • Proficiency in Student Counseling, including the ability to provide guidance and advice tailored to individual needs
  • Strong Communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with students and stakeholders
  • Experience in conducting workshops and developing personalized career plans
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or related field (Master's degree is a plus)
  • Proven experience in coaching or mentoring students on academic and career pathways
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • Excellent understanding of international university applications (UK, USA, Canada, Europe, etc.)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • 3+ years of experience in relative field.
  • Ability to guide students in selecting programs, crafting profiles, and preparing required documents
  • Experience in counselling students and parents
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
  • A genuine passion for helping students succeed

Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one counselling sessions
  • Guide students through complete application processes
  • Assist with SOPs, personal statements, and documentation
  • Conduct workshops and informational sessions
  • Maintain student progress and follow-up records
