Legal Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle legal affairs related to
  land acquisition, property documentation
  , and
  housing scheme development
• Draft, review, and vet legal contracts, agreements, and MoUs
• Coordinate with government departments and land authorities for approvals and legal compliance
• Conduct legal research and provide internal advisory on property and regulatory matters
• Represent the company in legal forums if required
• Maintain proper legal records and case documentation

Qualifications & Experience:

• LL.B or LL.M
  from a recognized institution
• Minimum
  2 years of legal experience
  , preferably in
  real estate, land acquisition
  , or
  housing schemes
• Strong command of property laws and legal procedures in Pakistan
• Excellent drafting, research, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Bar Council registration is a plus
