ERP & Automation Engineer — eCommerce Operations

Location: On-site (Muslim Town, Lahore)

Mokhu is an e-commerce company, not a software house. We build fully managed, passive-income Amazon businesses for clients. We're streamlining operations by replacing manual spreadsheets with a lightweight ERP and smart automations (including AI).

Role Summary

Own the systems that power our day-to-day ops: automate Google Sheets/Workspace, build ERP modules, and integrate AI to reduce manual effort across suppliers, orders, warehouse, and finance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain Google Sheets dashboards and Apps Script (JavaScript/TypeScript) automations.
  • Develop ERP features: (NestJS/Express) backend, PostgreSQL/SQL Server with an ORM (Prisma/TypeORM), and admin UI.
  • Integrate LLMs (OpenAI/Vertex) for tasks like invoice → PO reconciliation, supplier email drafts, and anomaly alerts.
  • Collaborate with operations to turn real workflows into reliable, documented systems (batching, retries, logging).
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve automations (tests, version control, basic CI).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in CS (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–2 years in automation or ERP-style development (strong portfolio also considered).
  • Solid JavaScript/TypeScript; hands-on Google Apps Script and Google Sheets formulas.
  • Backend experience with and SQL (Postgres or SQL Server).
  • Working knowledge of for internal tools.
  • Exposure to LLM integration (function calling/structured outputs, basic RAG is a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and an ownership mindset.

Nice to Have

  • Prisma/TypeORM, REST API security, RBAC, audit logs.
  • GCP (Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, Scheduler) or equivalent cloud.
  • BigQuery/Looker Studio or similar BI tools.
  • eCommerce/ERP domain knowledge (POs, ASINs, inventory, reconciliations).
