Reporting To:

QA Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily quality checks for ice cream texture, color, flavor, and overrun at assigned branches.
  • Monitor mix preparation and machine operation to ensure product consistency.
  • Evaluate visual and sensory quality of finished products.
  • Verify cleaning and sanitization procedures of machines and utensils.
  • Conduct temperature checks (hopper, dispensing point, storage freezers).
  • Ensure compliance with Stock rotation techniques.
  • Report non-conformities and recommend corrective actions to branch leads immediately.
  • Educate branch staff on food handling, hygiene, and product standards.
  • Assist in internal audits and ensure readiness for external inspections (PFA, QA, or third-party).
  • Ensure pest control and sanitation records are complete and updated at all times.

Qualification & Experience

  • B.Sc./M.Sc./BS (Hons.) in Food Science, Food Technology, or Microbiology.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in QA/QC (preferably in dairy, desserts, or quick service restaurants).
  • Familiarity with soft serve machine operation and sanitation.
  • Fresh graduates with strong fundamentals may also be considered.
