About Us:

Diamond Super Market is looking to hire candidate for the position of Supply Chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations.
  • Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Oversee inventory management and ensure stock levels meet customer demand without excess.
  • Coordinate with various internal teams, including procurement, production, and logistics, to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Handle shipping and transportation logistics, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Forecast demand and manage orders to meet production schedules.
  • Monitor and resolve supply chain disruptions and issues.
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies for supply chain continuity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Work experience (1-2 years) in supply chain management or logistics.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficient in supply chain software (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
