We are looking for a
Senior Research Executive – Qualitative
to join our dynamic team in Lahore. In this full-time, on-site role, you will be responsible for delivering impactful qualitative research that drives strategic decision-making for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design qualitative research tools such as discussion guides and screeners.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews, focus groups, and ethnographic studies.
  • Analyze qualitative data to extract meaningful insights and trends.
  • Develop compelling reports and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Present research findings to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in qualitative research, including interviews and focus groups.
  • Strong analytical and interpretive skills for qualitative data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in developing impactful and visually engaging presentations.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Market Research, Psychology, Sociology, or Anthropology.
  • Experience with qualitative data analysis tools is a plus.
