About the Role

We are looking for a
hands-on creative digital professional
who can take ownership of our brand's online presence from producing visually striking videos and designs to managing our websites and digital campaigns.

This role requires both
creative flair
and
technical execution
- someone who can shoot, edit, design, post, and analyze without constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Video Production & Editing
  • Capture and edit video content for marketing, social media, and property showcases.
  • Create premium visuals for social media, web, and print (banners, billboards, brochures, presentations).
  • Update and improve content on WordPress-based company websites (text, visuals, layout).
  • Optimize for performance, SEO, and user experience.
  • Collaborate on new page designs and landing pages
  • Manage online presence across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and email marketing.
  • Run and monitor ad campaigns (basic setup, targeting, reporting).
  • Coordinate with management to align digital strategy with business goals.
  • Design and send branded email campaigns (Mailchimp or similar tools).
  • Monitor open rates, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Maintain a social media posting calendar and ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Capture ongoing project visuals, events, and milestones for digital use.
  • Coordinate with sales and operations teams for content requirements.
