Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recording daily financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
  • Support the team in reconciling accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank accounts.
  • Help prepare basic financial reports such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Assist in preparing and sending invoices, monitoring receivables, and processing payments.
  • Stay informed about relevant tax requirements and support the preparation of documents for filing.
  • Organize and maintain financial records and documentation for audit and reporting purposes.
  • Provide assistance during audits and financial reviews.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance (BBA, MBA, MSc Accounting & Finance, or equivalent).
  • 0–1 year of experience in accounting or bookkeeping (fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
  • Basic understanding of Xero or similar accounting software (preferred).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Keen attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
  • Good written and spoken communication skills in English.
