Job Description

Registrar-I oversees administrative and academic records management, ensuring compliance with university policies. They coordinate admission processes, maintain institutional data, and support governance structures. The role involves liaising with faculty, students, and external bodies, managing documentation, and overseeing regulatory reporting. Registrar-I assists in scheduling academic events, managing committees, and safeguarding institutional integrity. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage student admission records and maintain accurate database records.
  • Coordinate academic calendars and schedule committee meetings efficiently.
  • Oversee maintenance and archiving of official university documentation.

  • Report institutional data to accrediting bodies and government agencies.
