Cafe Little Karachi is a multi-cuisine restaurant known for authentic flavors and premium dining experiences. We're expanding our team and looking for a talented Karahi Chef who can deliver exceptional taste and consistency in traditional and fusion karahi dishes.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of chicken, beef, mutton, and seafood karahis to restaurant standards.
• Maintain quality, presentation, and portion control for every dish.
• Develop and refine recipes, including special or seasonal karahis.
• Ensure kitchen hygiene, food safety, and inventory control.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during peak hours.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Karahi or Curry Chef in reputable restaurants.
• Expertise in spice blends, traditional cooking techniques, and wok/karahi handling.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and a cooperative team attitude.
• Flexibility for evening and weekend shifts.
