Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Functional Consultant or Solution Architect, based in Hyderabad. The role involves understanding business processes, gathering and analyzing requirements, and translating them into functional designs. It includes leading solution design, configuring systems to align with business needs, collaborating closely with development teams to ensure solutions meet requirements, and providing post-implementation support. The role also requires offering guidance and expertise to junior team members while coordinating with stakeholders at various levels.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in functional consulting, requirement analysis, and solution design
  • Hands-on experience with system configuration and integration
  • Strong project management and leadership skills
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to liaise across technical and non-technical teams
  • Experience in custom application development and business intelligence
  • Knowledge of on-site and offshore project coordination
  • Proficiency in stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
  • Experience in the IT services or consulting domain is a plus
