Position Overview:
The
Senior Sales Executive
will be responsible for driving business growth through proactive client engagement, solution selling, and strategic relationship management. The role focuses on identifying and converting new opportunities in cybersecurity and IT services while expanding business with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets for cybersecurity, managed services, and technology solutions.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across enterprise and mid-market clients.
- Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation and proposal development to negotiation and closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, and procurement leads.
- Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to design tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Conduct client presentations, demonstrations, and consultative discussions to showcase Ebryx's capabilities.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting through CRM tools.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new market opportunities.
- Represent Ebryx at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred). - Experience:
4–7 years of proven experience in B2B technology or cybersecurity sales. - Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity services, IT infrastructure, or enterprise software solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop client relationships based on trust and value creation.
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate technical offerings into business value.

- Prior experience in a cybersecurity firm, MSSP, or technology services company.
- Established network with enterprise clients across multiple industries.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
