Vice Principal

Job description

An Islamic Chain of School Required Vice Principal for Fb Area Campus, Interested Candidate has 5 to 10 yrs experience of Principalship and Public Dealing.

Academic Leadership

* Support curriculum development, implementation, and evaluation

* Monitor teaching quality and learning outcomes

* Lead professional development for teachers

* Assist in scheduling, exams, assessments, and reporting

Administrative & Operations

• Oversee daily school operations (attendance, timetables, classrooms)

* Manage resources, facilities, and school logistics

* Assist in budgeting, procurement, and resource allocation

Discipline & Student Welfare

• Enforce school rules and discipline systems

* Handle student conduct issues, appeals, suspensions

* Promote safe and inclusive environment

* Coordinate student support (guidance, counseling referrals)

Staff Management

• Supervise, evaluate, mentor, and coach teaching & non-teaching staff

* Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews

* Assign roles/duties (e.g. supervision, extra classes, committees)

Community & Parent Engagement

• Serve as liaison with parents, community, external stakeholders

* Conduct meetings, address concerns, represent school at functions

* Communicate school policies and updates

Acting Principal Duties

• Steer the school when Principal is absent

* Make decisions in emergencies

* Report to higher authorities on behalf of principal

Qualifications & Skills Needed

Advanced degree (Master's or equivalent) in Education, Educational Leadership, Administration, or related field

Several years of experience in secondary teaching / educational administration

Ability to make data-informed decisions and drive school improvement

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40, Rs50,000.00 per month
