Your Role

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and techniques.
  • Collaborate with team members to propose and implement innovative solutions and reusable components.
  • Implement, monitor, and maintain Azure solutions across compute, storage, networking, and security.
  • Create and maintain work item templates and manage Azure DevOps (ADO) project provisioning.
  • Develop and maintain Azure Pipelines (vNext and YAML), including deployment using Bicep.
  • Automate support processes using custom scripts (PowerShell/Bash).
  • Manage ADO user invitations, license allocations, and security configurations.
  • Deploy and maintain self-hosted agents and manage ADO extensions/plugins.
  • Monitor ADO status pages and organization-level settings.
  • Design, configure, and manage Grafana dashboards for infrastructure and business applications.
  • Integrate Grafana with Azure and other data sources for service monitoring.

Your Profile

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure PaaS services and networking.
  • Proficiency in .NET development.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, pipelines, and infrastructure automation.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash).
  • Understanding of ADO security, provisioning, and plugin approval processes.
  • Experience with Grafana dashboard design and integration.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow processes related to DevOps operations.
