HIRING: RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - REMOTE
Ortak Consultants is hiring a "Recruitment Consultant" for its UK - based client:
Salary: Market competitive + Commission upon hitting target shifts
Timings: Monday to Friday – 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (UK time)
Should be able to:
Source and place candidates on a weekly basis.
Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets by fulfilling shifts.
Must know how to make compelling job advertisements.
Utilize various marketing tools to source and engage both clients and candidates.
Assess candidate suitability for current or future vacancies through thorough questioning and referencing.
Evaluate client suitability and secure commitments to manage the recruitment process effectively.
Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring exceptional service.
Collaborate with colleagues to identify and exploit opportunities for revenue generation.
Must have:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field.
Proven experience as a Recruiter.
Target-driven and self-motivated approach.
Strong commercial acumen — must know how to sell, pitch, and close effectively.
Strong sourcing, networking, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and make effective decisions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs100, Rs150,000.00 per month
