We Are Looking For Chemist, for Paint Industry

Key Responsibilities:

  • Raw Material & Finished Goods Testing: Analyze and approve raw materials and finished paint products using lab techniques (viscosity, gloss, pH, etc.).
  • Quality Control: Perform batch-wise testing, maintain QC records, and ensure product specs are met.
  • Troubleshooting: Investigate production or field issues, suggest corrective actions.
  • R&D Support: Assist in formulation trials, new product testing, and process improvements.
  • ISO & Documentation: Maintain SOPs, calibration logs, test reports, and support audits as per ISO 9001.
  • Production Interface: Coordinate with the production team for quality-related interventions.

Qualifications:

  • Education's. in Chemistry or equivalent to field.
  • Experience: 1–8 years (In paint manufacturing company)

Preferred Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of paint chemistry, pigments, resins, additives, and solvents.
  • Hands-on experience with lab instruments (Viscometer, Spectrophotometer, pH meter, etc.).
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail with strong documentation and report-writing abilities.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and regulatory standards in the paint industry.
